COVID Policy Guidelines:

• Participants must show proof of full vaccination 
• Provide proof of negative COVID test 72 hours before the IYLC (July 18th) 
• Temperature checks will be taken at check in (must be lower than 100.4)
• Health screen will be expected to be completed the morning of event
• Face Mask are expected to be worn inside the facility 

Registration Process

For successful application completion please read below:

· Please have ready the name and location of the sponsoring Omega Psi Phi Chapter
· Please have ready the Chapter’s point of contact name, e-mail and phone number
· Upon answering the Approval of Agreement for Participant and Parent or Guardian
· Press the Green Add Button
· Press the Yellow Continue Button
· Complete the Parents/Guardian’s information (Name, Address, City, Phone, State and Zip)
· Click the Gray and Black Check-out Box
· You will receive your order confirmation
